to embed a youtube video, click the youtube button above your post text.

That will result in this on your post:

[youtube][/youtube]


then add the url for the video between the brackets:

[youtube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3oc_2Q2Wk5w[/youtube]


the result is this:
